List Fulfillment Locations
Returns available HioBuy Fulfillment locations, receiving addresses, supported destination countries, supported services, business hours and current receiving status.
Receiving addresses are returned in the local Chinese format and should be used as provided when placing orders with Chinese suppliers or marketplaces.
每个节点都包含顶层的 province、city 和 district 字段；district 表示仓库所在的区或县。
查询：destination_country、receiving_status、status。无分页。无匹配 → data: []。
Mock：loc_wh_001（威海 · KR/JP · OPEN）· loc_sz_001（深圳 · PAUSED）· loc_yw_001（义乌 · 欧盟）。
