What Commerce AI supports

Access and environment policy

1. This capability is not self-service. Only customers with written HIOBuy invitation and approved technical review may use it.
2. Without written invitation, do not call in production or use for live stores.
3. X-Shop-Domain must be stable and unique per shop/workspace. Re-using the same domain for each retry is recommended.
4. Use X-Idempotency-Key for billable requests and job operations.
5. Image jobs are asynchronous and should be polled via job API.

• Status flow: queued → running → completed / failed.
• Job credits are reserved on queue; failed jobs are refunded.
• Poll GET /v1/ai/jobs/{job_id}.

Output handling

Completed job output URL is temporary. Download from the job output or /v1/ai/assets/{job_id}.webp, then re-host into your storefront/media system before persisting final URLs.

GET /v1/ai/credits and GET /v1/ai/credits/pricing return effective metering values used in this preview.
