Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Developer Platform APIs, portal access, quotas, and developer billing are also subject to the HIOBuy Developer Platform Terms of Service published at developers.hiobuy.com.

2. Service Description

HioBuy provides tools and software that help businesses source products, manage procurement workflows, warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and related cross-border e-commerce operations.

Features, integrations, pricing, and availability may change. Marketplace and carrier capabilities depend on third-party platforms and partners outside our exclusive control.

3. Accounts & Security

Where registration is required, you must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Notify us promptly at support@hiobuy.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate applicable laws, marketplace rules, or third-party rights.
• Transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt platform stability.
• Misrepresent your identity, business, or transactional data.
• Resell or sublicense the Services except as expressly permitted in a written agreement with HioBuy.

5. Marketplace & Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party marketplaces, logistics providers, payment processors, and other partners. Their policies, uptime, and data practices are outside HioBuy’s full control.

Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their terms. HioBuy does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any upstream channel.

6. Fees & Taxes

Certain plans, demos, professional services, or subscriptions may require payment. Applicable fees will be presented at purchase or in a separate commercial agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or a specific refund policy applicable to that purchase (for example, Developer Platform subscriptions follow the Developer refund policy).

You are responsible for taxes associated with your purchases, excluding taxes based on HioBuy’s net income.

7. Intellectual Property

HioBuy and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, branding, documentation, and related materials. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services as permitted.

You retain rights in your own content and business data. You grant HioBuy a license to host and process that content as needed to provide the Services, and to use feedback you provide to improve products.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the HioBuy Privacy Policy. Cookie and similar technologies are further described in the Cookie Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIOBUY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that marketplace pricing, inventory, or logistics outcomes will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIOBUY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

HIOBUY’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO HIOBUY FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) IF NO FEES WERE PAID.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, applicable law, marketplace rules, or present a security, legal, or operational risk.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) will survive termination.

12. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to HioBuy’s operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

In case of conflict between translated versions, the English version prevails unless otherwise required by law.

13. Operator

The Services are operated by 深圳通晓网络科技有限公司 (Shenzhen Tongxiao Network Technology Co., Ltd.).
